JOI teachers are
all professional, government-certified
instructors with university and graduate school
education.
They include linguists and veteran instructors,
teachers who have taken and passed the
420-hour course Teaching Japanese as a Foreign
Language, conducted by the Japanese Ministry of
Education .
JOI is a real school,

undertakes two months of structured training
before facing students for the first time.

hold workshops, exchange teaching materials and
