Hello, my name is Maki Ikeda.
I always seem to be relocating: through job transfers and other changes, I have moved more than 15 times in my lifetime. Although it's tough to pick up roots and start anew in an unfamiliar town, I always look forward to the new people, new surroundings, and new food!
It is especially a pleasure for me to teach at this online Japanese school, setting aside time differences and national borders to study together with students from around the world.
