There seems to be an echo when you talk. Please try these 2 steps below.
1. Are you using a headset (or earphones)? If not, this will cause echoes. Please do not use PC speakers.
A) After connecting headset or earphones, please log in again.
B) Or check your microphone settings.

Click [...] icon then [Audio Test] .
★ Older version of Electa (Display B)
Click on Audio Setup (wrench) icon to test.
2. Your mic volume may be too high.
Lower the mic volume to 50% or less.
