Hello , my name is Christina. I
studied Japanese 2 years at the University
before enrolling at JOI.
As a proud holder of the 4kyu (2009) and
N4 (2010), I decided to give it a try at
the relatively new and unknown N3 JLPT in
Dec 2011.
Many of you already know that there is no
official Kanji/Grammar list for this exam.
N3 is like "the ugly duckling" of
the JLPT ^_^
Surfing on the internet, trying to find
any useful information about this
"obscure" exam, I came across the N3
JLPT Final Prep Course at
http://www.japonin.com/
The N3 JLPT Final Prep Course is divided into 3 sections as is the actual exam.

Introduction of the topic: informal conversation, compound verbs
Sensei makes you read out loud each vocabulary and grammar segment, asks if you have any questions/ corrects any kanji or pronunciation problems some more reading, this time you will be asked to fill in the gaps with the correct answer you send the answer in a private chat room , don't worry if you make any mistakes your classmates won't find out ^_^
Sensei gives / explains the correct answers
Reading Comprehension
Introduction of the topic: comprehension ( long passages), information retrieval
Sensei makes you read out loud the text, asks if you have any questions/ corrects any kanji or pronunciation problems
Sensei gives you a time limit to send in the correct answers, time varies from 3 to 10 min depending on the size of the text send the answer in the private chat room
Sensei gives / explains the correct answers
Listening
Introduction of the topic: comprehension of a general outline, specific point listening comprehension
Sensei plays the audio send in the correct answer as fast as possible
Sensei gives / explains the correct answers
