Last-Minute Reservations 
FlexLessons, our small-group classes, are even more flexible with new last-minute reservations.
A last-minute reservation lets you reserve a FlexLessons class as little
as 2 hours before class.
As shown below, a last-minute reservation is a reservation you make
after the standard deadline (midnight Japan time for most classes) until
2 hours before class starts.
- Last-minute reservations are available for FlexLessons only.
Reservation deadlines for private lessons remain the same (midnight Japan time for most lessons).
- A last-minute reservation costs an extra half ticket, for
a total of 1.5 FlexLessons tickets.
- A last-minute reservation cannot be cancelled.
- You can make a last-minute reservation up to 2 hours before
class starts. However, not all FlexLessons are available for
last-minute reservations. Availability varies by teacher and lesson content.
In the following situations, last-minute reservations may not be available:
- Classes with no regular reservations by the standard
deadline (midnight Japan time for most classes).
- Classes where the teacher asks students to review material ahead of time.
- Classes where the teacher plans the classroom activity based on a known
number of students or based on the individual skills of the registered students.
Important!
A last-minute reservation costs 1.5 FlexLessons tickets,
and the reservation cannot be cancelled.
How To Make a Last-Minute Reservation
To make a last-minute reservation, just
log in and
click the Make a Reservation link as usual.
Classes accepting last-minute reservations will appear as shown below (look for the wristwatch icon
).
Click the checkbox next to the wristwatch, and make the reservation as usual.
